Driver Brand Referral Scheme - Terms and Conditions

These terms govern KARTR's Driver Brand Referral Scheme (the "Scheme"). By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
The Scheme is open to any driver with a registered KARTR account in good standing. You do not need to have an active sponsorship deal to participate.
How to Refer a Brand
To refer a brand, you must email the KARTR team with details about the brand and introduce KARTR to a representative of that brand by email. Referrals made by any other method will not be accepted.
A referral will only be eligible if, at the time of submission, the brand has not previously been contacted by or been in contact with the KARTR team, and does not already appear in KARTR's internal pipeline. This includes brands that have previously emailed KARTR or that KARTR has previously approached directly. KARTR's determination of pipeline status is final.
Brands that are owned by you or a member of your immediate family are eligible under the Scheme.
Commission
If a referred brand goes on to confirm and complete a sponsorship deal on the KARTR platform, you will earn a referral commission of 2% of the brand's total sponsorship budget for that deal. Commission is calculated on the gross sponsorship budget, not on the driver's net payout.
Commission is a one-time payment per referred brand per completed deal. If the referred brand completes further deals on the platform, additional commission may be earned on each completed deal, subject to these terms remaining in force.
Commission will be paid to you within 7 working days of the sponsorship funds being released to the driver in that deal. No minimum threshold applies.
Account Status
If you close your KARTR account, any commission already earned but not yet paid will still be processed and paid out. You will not be eligible to submit new referrals after account closure.
If your account is suspended or banned for a breach of KARTR's Terms of Use, you will forfeit any referral commission not yet paid at the date of suspension or ban. KARTR reserves the right to withhold payment in these circumstances.
General
KARTR reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time. Any such changes will not affect commission already earned on deals confirmed prior to the date of the change.
KARTR reserves the right to disqualify a referral that it reasonably believes has been submitted dishonestly or in bad faith.
The Scheme is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
