You submit an enquiry telling us your budget, what you're looking for, and what you want in return. We match you with suitable racers from our network, you review their profiles, and once you're happy we handle the contract and payment. Simple as that.

Sponsorship budgets are set by you. KARTR charges a 10% platform fee to list your brand. You can either choose to include the 10% fee within your total budget, or pay that on top of your budget. There are no subscription fees.

That's entirely up to you. Common arrangements include logo placement on the kart, helmet and race suit, social media posts, post-race photography, and personal appearances. You specify what you need when you submit your brief and we find racers who can deliver it.

Every racer on Kartr is reviewed by our team before their profile goes live. We check that they hold a valid competition licence and are actively competing in a recognised series.

Yes. We'll present you with a shortlist of matched profiles based on your brief. You have full approval before any deal is confirmed.

All deliverables are written into the contract before the deal is confirmed. If there's a dispute, the KARTR team will step in to mediate. We take accountability on both sides seriously.

Once we receive your brief and payment has been confirmed, we aim to come back with your first matched racer profiles within 48 hours. From there, deal confirmation typically takes 3–5 working days depending on contract sign-off.

There's no fixed minimum or maximum. Deals on KARTR typically range from £100 to £1,000+ per driver depending on the racer's profile, series, and what's included. We work with budgets of all sizes.

Absolutely. Many brands find it more effective to spread their budget across two or three racers in different regions or classes for broader coverage.
