Race Report from round 8 of the at @Midland karting

very eventful Saturday racing on Super track

practice - set great time felt really good in the kart fastest in practice

Qualifing - went out seting great time then disaster struck my belt tensioner broke and I was at a standstill 🫣 there was a red flag so I could get back pits as it wouldn't take long to fix quali was delayed till kart was fixed which it was and so I went back out set the 2nd fastest time missing out by 0.045 sec so close

Heat 1 started 2nd got off the line well but in the first corner I was in the tyres RED FLAG re-start great start again managed to keep pace with p1 @jamalp_karting then 6 laps in red flag again some one broke down got going again kept p2

Heat 2 - started p2 again got a great start had a great battle with p1 @jamalp_karting but that first corner got me again I was pushing so hard got a bit too close to it and span 🫣😐 got going again but was last got my head down and got p5 great drive back

final - started p3 got a great start off the line p2 in the first corner wooo got the first corner right 😄 tried to keep pace with p1 @jamalp_karting one but by the end I just couldn't keep up with the pace I think the kart need a rest as it didn't fell as good as it did earlier in the day but managed to keep 2nd and on the podium again still looking for that 1st win in juniors will keep pushing still in with a shout of the championship running 3rd in championship.

Must say massive well done to the team at Midlands karting for keep us out on track after all the breakdowns juniors do push it to the limit so thankyou plus we was able to race in the sun set 🌅🌅🌅
