Myself, Cookie and Essa went for a travel to Teeside today and its was brill race.

Quali - P14

2nd time I've visited the track with International race track and I started steady to get to grips again. Then Lap 3 is when it all changed. The Track became wet and my first time experiencing wet tracks. I span out twice on track and finally got the rhythm to get a good time but I wasn't the only one causing Yellow flags. When the track dried up, A clear track was drying and I set up ready for a fast laps, Chequered flag arrived, So I had to settle with the poor time and started P14.

Race - P8

As a Heavyweight with a total of 70 minutes experience of the track, I didn't expect wins, but a good position. On the Start, I gained a position and charged off slowly taking position lap by lap.

Eventually in a Good place (P9), I slowed down for a Yellow Flag as someone had come of at the First Hairpin of the Dog Leg. Unfortunately this was seen as an opportunity to Overtake by P10 and P11 with a Backmarker. They did get a penalty flag which counts as a warning, Absolutely seething I charged on.

Eventually I took back the positions and with one more of rhe previous drivers ahead and After being "loaded" into a Braking Points, I got kept the position I Gained to 8th and started chasing P7.

20 seconds behind and not Enough laps, I settled for 8th and a +6 gained on the position.

Honestly, I love Teeside and looking forward to going back again
